South Dakota Voters to Decide Abortion Law

South Dakota voters are preparing, for the first time since Roe v. Wade, to vote on whether abortion should be legal — more specifically, whether the total abortion ban enacted by the state’s male-dominated legislature should be scrapped, or remain in effect. Here two women — one pro-life, one pro-choice — speak out. Interestingly, they both expect voters to strike down the abortion ban, and make abortion legal again — without the intervention of “activist judges.”
