Why do democrats not work with republicans to unite and overcome our current economic situation?

June 24th, 2009

Why don't democrats and republicans create bipartisan bills that appeal to each side of politics?
Metal Mike: Are you nuts? failed republican policies? NAFTA (signed by Clinton) got us into this in the first place.

Because non of them really care.

When they 1st get into yeah sure they want to change the world…

but by the time they reach the top (where those changes can be made) they just want the money and the power.

No1 wants to be 'joint' leader of the world

Changing Our Money Culture

June 24th, 2009

Last weeks column discussed the belief of social anthropologist Dr. Jennifer James that the United States is currently in a society-wide moral void when it comes to the economy. By moral void, she doesnt mean a lack of morality, but rather a time of panic and inability to make logical and common-sense decisions.

Catholics Voting Pro-Choice Are Excommunicated Automatically / Pro-Life Anti-Abortion Video PSA

June 24th, 2009

From the “Catechism of the Catholic Church”, “2272 Formal cooperation in an abortion constitutes a grave offense. The Church attaches the canonical penalty of excommunication to this crime against human life. “A person who procures a completed abortion incurs excommunication latae sententiae,” “by the very commission of the offense,” and subject to the conditions provided by Canon Law. The Church does not thereby intend to restrict the scope of mercy. Rather, she makes clear the gravity of the crime committed, the irreparable harm done to the innocent who is put to death, as well as to the parents and the whole of society.” If I vote for a pro-abortion candidate (pro-choice), and that candidate supports legislation to legalize abortion, then I have formally co-operated in making it possible for babies to be murdered. If fact, section 2272 above says that a person who does so is automatically excommunicated!! Roman Catholics must vote for a Pro-life President, not Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, since the Church teaches that formal cooperation (voting for pro-abortion candidates) in an abortion is an grave offense. Why did the Democrats and Bill Clinton allow the collapse of Wall Street?

June 23rd, 2009

Clinton did it, and then the Democrat Congress has failed America. We need change, and vote the bums out!

Thats why Americans prefer McCain and the GOP over Obama and the Democrats, fact.

They didn’t just allow it, they engineered it. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae=Guaranteed Failure.
